Background
Integrated Humanitarian Aid (IHA) is a national relief and recovery organization supporting vulnerable people affected by violent conflicts and natural disasters in fragile South Sudanese states, by helping them to realize dignified and resilient lives. IHA operates in difficult locations where our field staff directly provides assistance to the most vulnerable victims of displacement. Recognizing that children suffer disproportionately from impacts of conflicts and poverty, IHA places special emphasis on supporting children to create permanent social change. Children are at the heart of IHA’s community-based efforts to improve basic education, Psycho Sexual Support/ GBV against children and increase access to clean water and sanitation, expand economic opportunities and protect natural resources. We deliver emergency aid to survivors of war and natural disasters, and helps people rebuild their lives.
IHA responds to the humanitarian crises in South Sudan through its humanitarian projects which offer lifesaving care, life-changing assistance aimed to offer durable and sustainable outcome within multiple sectors in Environment conservation, Protection, Education, Nutrition, FSL, WASH and helps local communities to survive, rebuild their lives, and reintegrate in peaceful co-existence with local and /or host communities among them are internally displaced persons and returnees as part of reintegration. We believe local ownership, self-sufficiency, stable and consistent capacity building constitute pre-conditions to lasting positive changes and durable solutions in local communities. For this purpose we always encourage engagement of peaceful local communities in planning, implementation, monitoring through age, gender and diversity and community-based approach. IHA seeks continuous partnership with donors in order to offer equal opportunities and equal services to displaced people in South Sudan.

PSEA
Integrated Humanitarian Aid (IHA) has a strict policy of zero tolerance towards Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA). Any instance of abuse by IHA staff should be reported immediately by calling the SEA focal point at +211 928 183 079 or emailing reportsea.iha@gmail.com. At the field level, individuals are encouraged to report to local authorities and to the leaders of IHA-established community structures.
CORRUPTION
Integrated Humanitarian Aid (IHA) is committed to a “ZERO EXCUSE” policy towards corruption, emphasizing that corruption impacts everyone. All IHA personnel have been trained to combat corruption, recognizing that it undermines the organization’s mission. FEEDBACK
Integrated Humanitarian Aid (IHA) emphasizes the significance of feedback in enhancing service delivery and organizational success. They believe that prioritizing the needs of the most vulnerable is essential. To facilitate feedback, individuals are encouraged to utilize suggestion boxes located at the IHA office in Abyei region, Mulmul, specifically opposite the Ministry of Health in Pariang. Additionally, feedback can be submitted electronically via email at feedback.iha@gmail.com. This commitment to receiving feedback underscores IHA’s dedication to tailoring services to better meet the requirements of the communities they serve.
